Brand values must be real, authentic, and supported by fact because it drives an organisation and connects with what your audience is looking for. Let’s look at our four brand values, one by one.

ACTIVE

The process of getting to a decision is one thing but once there, taking decisive action is everything. It’s important to make things happen because that’s what public service is all about.

We like reducing complexity to simplicity.

As an example, the simplicity of Executive Mayor ‘Boffie’ Strydom’s call to action of “Laat Waai”. Then, Municipal Manager David Joubert and his team do exactly that. They make it happen!

“There will be plenty of time for sleep and rest one day. Right now, South Africa needs action. The time for having conversations about conversations is long gone”, says Boffie.
