Notice: Unaudited Annual Report 2024/2025

Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 21
of the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act (Act
32 of 2000) and Section 127(5) of the Local
Government: Municipal Finance Management Act (Act
56 of 2003) the following:

During the 132nd General Council Meeting held on
22 August 2025, the West Coast District Municipality
noted and adopted the Unaudited Annual Report for
the 2024/2025 financial year with reservations for
public comment as per Council Resolution: ITEM
25/08/22/8.2.

The Unaudited Annual Report for the 2024/2025
financial year is open for public comment. It can be
accessed on the website at www.westcoastdm.co.za
and at the West Coast District Municipal Offices,
located at 58 Long Street, Moorreesburg, 7310.

Written comments regarding the Unaudited Annual
Report for the 2024/2025 financial year must be
submitted to the Municipal Manager via email at
mun@wcdm.co.za / westcoastdm@wcdm.co.za or
the address details below, no later than
02 October 2025.

Individuals who are unable to read or write are
encouraged to reach out to the West Coast District
Municipality during regular office hours for assistance
in preparing their written comments or objections.

Kennis geskied hiermee ingevolge Artikel 21 van die
Wet op Plaaslike Regering: Munisipale Stelselswet
(Wet 32 van 2000) saamgelees met Artikel 127 (5) van
die Wet op Plaaslike Regering: Munisipale Finansiële
Bestuur (Wet 56 van 2003) die volgende:

Tydens die 132ste Algemene Raadsvergadering op
22 Augustus 2025, het die Munisipale Raad van die
Ongeouditeerde Jaarverslag 2024/2025 met
voorbehoud kennis geneem vir publieke
kommentaar.soos per Raadsbesluit ITEM
25/08/22/8.2

Die Ongeouditeerde Jaarverslag vir die 2024/2025
finansiële jaar is oop vir kommentaar. Die
Ongeouditeerde Jaarverslag 2024/2025 kan verkry
word op die webwerf by www.westcoastdm.co.za
asook by die Weskus Distriksmunisipaliteit Kantore te
Langstraat 58, Moorreesburg 7310.

Skriftelike kommentaar aangaande die
Ongeouditeerde Jaarverslag 2024/2025 moet gerig
word aan Die Munisipale Bestuurder, per epos
mun@wcdm.co.za / westcoastdm@wcdm.co.za of
onderstaande adres voor of op 02 Oktober 2025.

Persone wat nie kan lees of skryf nie, word
aangemoedig om die Weskus Distriksmunisipaliteit
gedurende normale kantoorure te kontak vir hulp met
die formulering van hul skriftelike kommentaar of
besware.
