I was an intern at Anglo America.
Did you do anything special with your first salary?
I started paying off on my study loan.
Looking back, what do you wish somebody had told you?
Be patient and do not take life so seriously.
What book had the most profound effect on you? Why?
The book ‘Universal State of Fear’ by Michael Crichton. It is about how easily one can be manipulated through fear, and how fear is created due to a lack of knowledge.
If you could give hope to South Africans by fixing one thing, what would it be?
Be grateful for what we have in this country and apply the principles of UBUNTU.
