Tourism Human resource development (Education and Training) is considered one of the pillars of the development of the Tourism Industry. This includes:
- Capacity building programmes for emerging entrepreneurs as a specific focus area.
- The Training of cultural and Nature guides.
- The up-skilling of Tourism Officials
- The capacitating of local communities to fully participate in tourism.
- Assisting Provincial government in the roll-out of specific human resource capacitating interventions from time to time.
